    Customer Service is a BIG disappointment

    Not what I expected from Outerknown or Outerknown Customer Service. Shacket must be hand washed and absolutely no dryer. The website site says cold wash but the care label says hand wash. Bait and switch. Zero stars. Put a big label that says hand wash or make men clothing that can won’t fall apart in the washer.

    Everyday Jacket

    This has quickly become my everyday jacket. It can serve as a warm top layer as well as a great windbreaker that keeps you cool with a light base layer. I freaking love this coat so much i have the gray as well.
