What's your shipping Policy?
For U.S. orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $125. Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive in 5-10 business days. Please note, COVID delays through shipping carriers due to volume and safety precautions could extend the delivery window. For more details, check out our shipping information page.
If you placed an order that includes a "Pre-Order" item, that item will ship during the five (5) day window specified on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. All international orders over $200 USD also ship for free. For additional information, please go to shipping information.
Do you charge sales tax?

What is the status of my order?
Domestic orders typically take one day to process. For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number that you can use for reference. What's your return & exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns or exchanges as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags). Simply go to returns.outerknown.com to start the process or to Returns & Exchanges to find out more.

What is your return policy on the Breitling SuperOcean Heritage II Chronograph 44 Outerknown and Breitling SuperOcean Automatic 44 Outerknown watch?
This product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of your original date of purchase. Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for a refund. Each item will be inspected by a Breitling watchmaker upon receipt to ensure quality — once cleared, the customer will be issued a refund. Contact OK customer service to start the return process.
The Breitling SuperOcean Heritage II Chronograph 44 Outerknown and Breitling SuperOcean Automatic 44 Outerknown watch is not eligible for promotional discounts.

Why doesn't my checkout work with multiple discount codes?
Our promotional discount codes only work one at a time. We do not allow discount codes to be combined in one order. If you have multiple codes, please choose the code you want to use that provides you with the best discount.
WHY DOESN’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORK ON 3RD PARTY ITEMS?
Most of our discount codes do not work on 3rd party items. Current 3rd party brands include KeepCup, Mizu, Terra Thread, Arvin Goods, GUPPYFRIEND, Hydro Flask, MANDA, Veja, FairEnds, TOMS and Breitling.
What is your Wishlist feature?
The Wishlist feature on the site allows you to favorite items you’ve been looking at so that you can return to view them later all in one place. Simply browse products throughout the site and click on the “heart” that appears in the lower right hand corner of product images when you hover over them to add to your Wishlist. To access your Wishlist, simply click on the heart in the lower left hand corner of your screen. You can also share your Wishlist with others by simply clicking on the email icon in the Wishlist popup and entering the recipient’s email address. You don’t have to create an account to use this feature. You only need to create an account if you’d like to view your saved products across multiple devices (i.e. your phone and desktop).
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don’t specifically offer traditional gift wrap but every package arrives with your items nicely folded with black tissue paper and a sticker holding it together. Prices are not included inside the package.
WHAT DOES S.E.A. JEANS “GUARANTEED FOR LIFE” MEAN?
We want you to have jeans of the highest quality that you’ll hold onto for the long run. If your S.E.A. JEANS are damaged, we’ll swap them out for the lifetime of the product. WHAT IS THE “GUARANTEED FOR LIFE” RETURN PROCESS?
If your S.E.A. JEANS have a manufacturing issue, we want to get you a fresh pair ASAP! Kick off the replacement process with our partners at Happy Returns (head here). You can either drop off your damaged jeans at a Happy Returns Location near you or print out a prepaid shipping label. Once received, we’ll ship out your replacement pair. International customers, please reach out to email@example.com to initiate a return.
