We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags). Final Sale and Outerworn items cannot be returned.
United States
To start your return/exchange process, please click the link below:
All US full price returns and exchanges are free. Sale items can be returned with a return shipping fee of $5.95 and styles marked as final sale cannot be returned. Once your return or exchange is received and processed at our warehouse, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.
International

Products marked 'Final Sale' are non-returnable, except for customers residing in EU countries. If you’re looking to replace your S.E.A. JEANS because of a manufacturing or material issue, please follow the steps below. Find warranty details here. International customers, please email customercare@outerknown.com.
- Start the replacement process here: https://returns.outerknown.com
- Enter your order number and billing zip code.*
- Find the product you wish to return.
- Select “S.E.A. JEANS Warranty”.
- Wash your S.E.A. JEANS and print out a prepaid return shipping label.
- Once received, we’ll ship out your replacement pair!
