11x World Champion Kelly Slater's signature trunk made from 100% post-consumer waste, like plastic water bottles. Developed and tested on the best waves around the world for maximum performance, and now available with a shortened 17" outseam!
These are the most high-performance trunks out there.
Ultralight 4-way stretch recycled polyester for maximum mobility.
Stitch-free welded seams and smooth inside fly to eliminate chafe.
Fixed waist with drawstring closure and velcro for a secure fit.
Double-bonded rear seam for added strength.
Quick Dry for minimal water absorption.
Laser cut details at the side seam and back pocket for weightless drainage and ventilation.
Bonded back pocket features an Aquaguard™ zipper and internal bungee key loop.

One star for shipping and customer service. Due to a “shipping issue” my order was diverted to Outerknown’s returns center. Customer service sounded helpful and told me they would send a new pair of shorts via expedited shipping. They ended up putting a new shipping label on the first order using free shipping instead, and I finally received the package about one month after ordering. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is a common problem.
One extra star for the boardshorts, which seem to be well made, fit nice, and are comfortable.

I haven't surfed in these yet, but they are easily my new favorite pair of baggies. The only thing I would like is a little more give in the zipper area. I feel like I’m gonna tear em when I’m changing into them. They loosen up slightly when wet. If you’re planning to surf or do water activities I’d recommend one size down.
