I really wanted to give this a 5-star review. The review is based on the design and durability. I purchased last winter, but didn't start using until late spring. After 4 months of light use for walking my dog, one side of the drawstrings came completely out of the waistband. It seems odd that the left and the right drawstrings don't connect to each other, but they don't. At the back of the pant, there is an elastic piece of fabric that is about 6 inches wide. It separates the left tubular channel from the right side. It looks like the drawstring stops at that back piece and does not loop all of the way around. It must have not been sewn in very well. It isn't something that you can just thread another cord through the channel.
Thankfully, I sew for a living, so I will have to figure out how to repair this, or upcycle it into something else.

I love these. I live in New York and I walk around in these all the time when it’s 30 degrees. They are so good. I’m so impressed. Their zipper pockets are perfect here because I don’t have to worry about dropping anything on the train or bus. Extremely strong and they don’t stain. I some how got covered in ketchup walking down the street, washed it when I got home, and no stain at all. Amazing product. Will probably go on BIFL on Reddit after 10 years.

I particularly like the zipper pockets and the fabric of the joggers. But the cuffs I'm not as happy with. Rethinking them with a different design or fabric weave might help. I love Outerknown and I'll continue to with you!
