- Handcrafted with love from 100% upcycled fabric. Each pair is one of a kind–no set is alike!
- Fabric selection and item color are uniquely selected by the designers so no two pairs are alike! Item(s) you receive may vary from what is shown on website.
- Project Vermont celebrates the craft of upcycling, giving new purpose to materials that would otherwise end up in landfills. We thank you for supporting this collaboration between Outerknown and a community of Vermont handcrafters led by Lise-Anne Cooledge.
Handcrafted with care using reclaimed wool sweaters and upcycled Outerknown recycled polyester polar fleece––no two pairs are alike!
Our unique workshop in Saint Albans creates one-of-a-kind items with Outerknown scraps, remnant materials and discarded trims. Thoughtful creations that further our mission towards a circular future.
- One size fits most.
- Hand Wash Cold. Lay Flat to Dry.

Carbon Neutral Shipping
Ecommerce deliveries have a carbon footprint. That's why we support cutting-edge companies that remove carbon from the air.
Our Impact
To date we've removed 73,553 lbs of shipping emissions. That's like...
How It Works
For every order we receive, a formula is used to calculate the estimated shipping emissions. Based on those estimates, a portion of our revenue goes to carbon removal companies that have been vetted by scientists from Carbon Direct. Those companies use that money to remove however much carbon our shipments created. Any extra funds go toward the further development of carbon removal technologies.
Solutions We Fund
We are currently funding solutions that remove atmospheric carbon and store it from 10-1000+ years such as:
- Reforestation
- Soil Carbon Storage
- Ocean-based Removal
- Direct Air Capture
