For all U.S. orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $125.

Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive in 5-10 business days. For "Next Day" and "2nd Day" shipping, your order must be placed by 8:30 AM Pacific Time to ensure next day or 2-day delivery. Shipping cut-off times exclude holidays and weekends.

          Outerknown offers free express shipping on all international orders over $135 USD (converted into local currency of the country the order is shipped to). Shipping rates for orders below $135 USD will vary based on destination and service level.

          We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags). Final Sale items cannot be returned.

          Orders placed after November 15th, 2024 will have an extended shipping window through February 1st, 2025.

          If you’re looking to replace your S.E.A. JEANS because of a manufacturing or material issue, please follow the steps below. Find warranty details here. International customers, please email customercare@outerknown.com.

          1. Start the replacement process here: https://returns.outerknown.com
          2. Enter your order number and billing zip code.*
          3. Find the product you wish to return.
          4. Select “S.E.A. JEANS Warranty”.
          5. Wash your S.E.A. JEANS and print out a prepaid return shipping label. 
          6. Once received, we’ll ship out your replacement pair!

            Good fit, good looks, good quality

            I am really enjoying this hat. I especially like the weight and feel of the fabric; soft but not wispy and has good structure. (Also works even with a ponytail at the pool.) Highly recommend!

            I live in Cardiff by the Sea, CA and Highgate Springs, Vt. , which is just a couple of towns north of St Albans.

            The bucket hat was my second purchase this summer.

            I found the chief craftsperson capable, personable and sincere in her effort to support OK’s mission.

            The added kicker is that the Project provides a fair wage to an expandable pool of talented artisans in a generally low income population.

            Doing good, by doing good. Something to build on.
