We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags). Final Sale and Outerworn items cannot be returned.

Returns & Exchanges

All US full price returns and exchanges are free. Sale items can be returned with a return shipping fee of $5.95 and styles marked as final sale cannot be returned. Once your return or exchange is received and processed at our warehouse, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.

Products marked 'Final Sale' are non-returnable, except for customers residing in EU countries. SEA JEANS Warranty 

If you’re looking to replace your SEA JEANS because of a manufacturing or material issue (excluding normal wear and tear), please follow the steps below. Find warranty details here. If you purchased your SEA JEANS prior to February 22, 2026, please reach out to customercare@outerknown.com for assistance.  

  1. Start the replacement process here: https://returns.outerknown.com. In-store purchases made at a physical Outerknown store can't be returned by mail and must be returned at an Outerknown store. 

  1. Enter your order number and billing zip code.* 

  1. Find the product you wish to return. 

  1. Select “SEA JEANS Warranty”. 

  1. Wash your SEA JEANS and print out a prepaid return shipping label.  

  1. Once received, we’ll send you your refund or store credit.
