"I saw these shirts in person at a store location and loved how thick and soft they were. I finally decided to purchase this online and was extremely disappointed with the product. The item I received was nowhere near as thick, warm, or soft as the ones I initially saw in the stores. The shirt I received can hardly be called a """"blanket shirt"""" because it is so lightweight. Not sure if they changed the product or what happened with this item, but I will not be purchasing again. Item did fit to size, maybe even runs a little small (I usually wear XS petite and the XS/S was only slightly loose). The customer service was great and enabled an easy return. Still feeling let down because I support the mission of the company but no longer feel as though I can trust them."
