We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags). Final Sale items cannot be returned.

Holiday Returns & Exchanges

Orders placed between 11/15/23 and 12/25/23 can be returned until 1/31/24.

All US returns and exchanges are free. Once your return or exchange is received and scanned by the carrier, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.

International

International Returns

International customers will be charged a flat return shipping fee of $10 USD.

S.E.A. Jeans Warranty

If you’re looking to replace your S.E.A. JEANS because of a manufacturing or material issue, please follow the steps below. Find warranty details here. International customers, please email customercare@outerknown.com.

  1. Start the replacement process here: https://returns.outerknown.com
  2. Enter your order number and billing zip code.*
  3. Find the product you wish to return.
  4. Select “S.E.A. JEANS Warranty”.
  5. Wash and drop your S.E.A. JEANS at a Happy Returns Location OR print out a prepaid return shipping label. 
  6. Once received, we’ll ship out your replacement pair!
