Love this shirt, my first

"Love this shirt, my first purchase from Outerknown and first Blanket shirt. Well made, nice details and weight...can wear alone or layer, multi-season use for me in the Northeast. I do think it runs a bit bigger than I was expecting. Loved it so much, decided to order another, but did order a L for the second shirt. They are amazing shirts!"

The material and craftsmanship was

"The material and craftsmanship was beautiful - I loved the weight and the feel of the shirt, but I ended up returning it. The build of the shirt does not work for me. I have always had broad shoulders and a small waist. I purchased a Size Small; the shoulders and sleeves just barely fit while the body of the shirt was way too big. I was kind of surprised at how much extra fabric there was around the middle. Obviously sizing up or down will not work for me in this situation. If typical sizing works for you, get this shirt! It's rather lovely."

Trying to minimize my closet

"Trying to minimize my closet to quality pieces I can wear for many years. The blanket shirt probably set my standard. Love that it’s cozy and that I can just button it up for work video calls. I’m 5’1 so it is a bit too long but still looks good."

Been coveting this plaid for

"Been coveting this plaid for ages. This is my second Blanket Shirt, so I knew the weight of the fabric would be perfect for light jacket-wear, or under a coat in colder weather. The quality is great, just as you’d expect from Outerknown. I was concerned the M/L sizing might be too small, but it is not. (I am 5’9”, 180 lbs) Love the versatility of color, goes with so many of my other staples, and adds a bright touch to my often all-black uniform."

This blanket shirt is a

"This blanket shirt is a nice alternative to a jacket when it's a bit chilly. It's lighter than a jacket so if it's not too cold it will keep you comfortable especially if you layer it with a tee. I wish it had snaps rather than buttons but that's just because I'm lazy. The quality is great and I'm hoping it'll last a long time. Size is true to size but if you want to layer it with something heavier than a tee I would size up."

As much as I hated

"As much as I hated to do it, I had to return this item. Although it’s clearly a quality garment in terms of its fabric and make, the shirt was too long for my petite frame. If this were sized for petites, I’d buy more than one. (The color is gorgeous, too. )"

— CECILLE J. (5/5)

Gorgeous and well made! I

"Gorgeous and well made! I finally bought my first blanket shirt and love the fit. My arms are long and this shirt actually had full length sleeves! I have received so many compliments on this piece, I will be buying another in a pattern next time. Very happy that the company is US based as well."

— Becky P. (5/5)

Not the Quality They Used to Be

"I’m really disappointed in how the blanket shirts have changed. They used to be thick and well made, but the newer ones are noticeably thinner, and the seams are uneven and wonky. The company talks a lot about sustainability, but poor quality doesn’t make a product sustainable if it doesn’t hold up and needs to be replaced sooner. I don’t see the sustainability in making something that simply doesn’t last. The colors are still nice, but unfortunately, the quality is no longer worth the price. Save your money."

Heartbroken

"I have two other blanket shirts in small. I gained some weight so ordered a medium thinking it would be fine. Unfortunately it is smaller than my smalls!!! Very small through the shoulders yet wide in the middle. Totally different cut now. Maybe just this new blue color, I can see by this cut it won’t work in any size now for me. Thankfully my smalls still fit great!"

The color is BEAUTIFUL, the

"The color is BEAUTIFUL, the Length is perfect and the Fabric is soft and comfortable. I ordered a Large and it is a perfect fit. 5 ft. 6 inches"
