For all U.S. orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $125.

Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive in 5-10 business days. For "Next Day" and "2nd Day" shipping, your order must be placed by 8:30 AM Pacific Time to ensure next day or 2-day delivery. Shipping cut-off times exclude holidays and weekends.

          Outerknown offers free express shipping on all international orders over $135 USD (converted into local currency of the country the order is shipped to). Shipping rates for orders below $135 USD will vary based on destination and service level. 

          All import costs and taxes are included in the purchase price for orders from Australia, Canada, European Union, Hong Kong, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

          We offer all other international customers the ability to pay for all import costs related to your order at checkout so that there are no surprises when your package arrives at your door.

          Returns & Exchanges

          We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags). Final Sale items cannot be returned. 

          Holiday Returns

          Orders placed after November 15th, 2024 will have an extended shipping window through February 1st, 2025.

          All US full price returns and exchanges are free. Sale items can be returned with a return shipping fee of $5.95 and styles marked as final sale cannot be returned. Once your return or exchange is received and processed at our warehouse, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.

          If you’re looking to replace your S.E.A. JEANS because of a manufacturing or material issue, please follow the steps below. Find warranty details here. International customers, please email customercare@outerknown.com.

          1. Start the replacement process here: https://returns.outerknown.com
          2. Enter your order number and billing zip code.*
          3. Find the product you wish to return.
          4. Select “S.E.A. JEANS Warranty”.
          5. Wash your S.E.A. JEANS and print out a prepaid return shipping label. 
          6. Once received, we’ll ship out your replacement pair!
