What's your shipping Policy?
For U.S. orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 and free two day shipping on contiguous U.S. orders over $500. For more details, check out our shipping information page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. All international orders over $300 USD also ship for free. For additional information, please go to shipping information.
Do you charge sales tax?
Tax is applied to Hawaii, California, Pennsylvania, and New York.
What is the status of my order?
Domestic orders typically take one day to process. For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number that you can use for reference. For further questions, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I need to change my order?

What's your return & exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns or exchanges as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags) within 30 days of purchase. Simply go to returns.outerknown.com to start the process or to Returns & Exchanges to find out more.
What size am I?
Are there any stores that carry your product so that I can try them on?

Why doesn’t my discount code work on 3rd party items?
Most of our discount codes do not work on 3rd party items. Current 3rd party brands include FairEnds, Hydro Flask, Manda, Veja and Proximity Book.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don’t specifically offer traditional gift wrap but every package arrives with your items nicely folded with black tissue paper and a sticker holding it together. Prices are not included inside the package.
What is the S.E.A. JEANS Lifetime Guarantee?
We believe in our products and we want to cut down on waste. If your jeans bust, break, rip or shred, we’ll fix them on our dime. If your S.E.A. JEANS are beyond repair, we’ll straight up replace them for the lifetime of the product, 100%. What is the Lifetime Guarantee Return Process?
- Email email@example.com and tell us you want to repair or replace your S.E.A. Jeans
- We’ll email you back and ask for a picture (everyone loves a social post on your favorite pair of jeans) and where and when you purchased them
- Once we get all the details, we’ll ask you to send us your jeans
- Then your jeans will either get repaired by a denim expert and shipped back to you
- Or we’ll ship you a new pair and we’ll send your old jeans to the Renewal Workshop and they’ll either repair them for a second life or upcycle them into housing insultation or other cool uses
