I like the sweatshirt. The unconventional material is nice and the fit is one of my favorites. The durability has been a let down for me. After about two years of gentle use, multiple holes have formed at/near seems. I have 10+ sweaters in rotation and live in a climate where a sweatshirt is a seasonal item. This is my only sweatshirt that has developed a hole or holes.

I'm 6'1", 170 lbs, regular surfer. Bought a medium. Have gone through multiple sweatshirts (mainly for beach use) over the last few years for basically the same price. Each has lasted about a year before falling apart. This thing is heavy and tough and I'm sure it will last years. Super happy with it. The medium fits perfectly but is right on the edge. So, if you want a looser fit go with the large. Definitely going to buy a second.
