Returns & Exchanges
We will happily accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn, unwashed and with original tags).
All returns within the USA are free and include a pre-paid return label.
Just follow the easy steps below:
- Package the item(s) securely in the original box if possible.
- Enclose a copy of your invoice and place the pre-paid return shipping label over the original label on the box.
- Drop off your package with the appropriate shipping carrier and be sure to keep a copy of your invoice and tracking number. If you do not have the original box and return-shipping label, contact our customer service for support. Please make sure your shipping is prepaid, as we are unable to accept C.O.D. returns.
Once your return is received and approved, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.
If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original items (unworn, unwashed and with original tags) within 30 days of purchase. We encourage you to place your new order while we process your return and credit to get the fastest turnaround.
