Kelly’s Pre-Surf Smoothie

1/2 avocado

2 bananas

2-3 scoops frozen greens

1 tablespoon shredded coconut

1 cup frozen berries

1 cup Coconut water

1 cup unsweetened Almond milk

A touch of Cacao powder

Throw in and blend like a champ.
