My 15% Off First Purchase Code isn’t working. What gives?

Our 15% off first purchase discount is only good on full-priced items for new customers, and can’t be applied to sale items or combined with other promotions. Make sure you only apply the code to full-priced items and feel free to send any additional questions to customercare@outerknown.com.

What’s your shipping policy?

For all U.S. orders we offer free $5 standard shipping, or FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75. For two day and next day delivery checkout shipping information for more details. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do. All international orders over $300 USD also ship for free. Please select INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT from the shopping bag. For additional information, please go to shipping information

WHY DID MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER SHIP TO FONTANA, CA? CALIFORNIA ISN’T EXACTLY INTERNATIONAL. 

Our international forward facility is located in Fontana, California, so all out-of-country shipments head there first. No worries though, we are still shipping your order to you in your home country. 

Do you charge sales tax?

Tax is applied to Hawaii, California, Pennsylvania, and New York.

What is the status of my order?

Domestic orders typically take one day to process. For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a FedEx tracking number that you can use for reference. For further questions, feel free to email us at customercare@outerknown.com.

What if I need to change my order?

We'll be happy to help. Please email us as soon as possible.

What's your return & exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns or exchanges as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags) within 30 days of purchase. Simply pack the item(s) in the original box and place the free prepaid return label that came with your order over the original sticker. If you wish to exchange a product, we encourage you to place a new order and simply return the original items for a full refund and make a new purchase at outerknown.com.  

What size am I?

Are there any stores that carry your product so I can try them on?

You can find us in a select number of premium retailers around the globe.
